Technical Advantages
Technical Advantages
The process of producing sodium hydroxide using cation exchange membrane electrolysis of saturated brine has multiple technological advantages, including high product purity suitable for high-end fine chemicals, low energy consumption and excellent economics, clean production without mercury and asbestos hazardous waste, and high safety due to the separation of chlorine and caustic soda.
Systematic Approach to Excellence
Traditional caustic soda plants often rely on experienced "old sailors" for manual operation, resulting in large fluctuations in process parameters. We, on the other hand, have taken a different approach, relying on mature digital workshop solutions to install a high-precision "autopilot system" for the plant.
- Design of Experiments (DoE) for optimized reaction conditions
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) monitoring at every production stage
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for risk mitigation
- Knowledge management systems capturing institutional expertise
Collaborative Innovation
We will practice the concept of coordinated innovation, balance technological upgrading, production capacity layout and green manufacturing, deepen industrial collaboration, and continuously consolidate the foundation for sustainable development through innovation.
